With a background development and investment.  In 15 years, Jak has done small to medium projects and has excelled in creating a reputation as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. 

Jak has 30 years experience in property management and has been doing development for 12 years.

Currently Jak is renovating former TCAT building in Oakengates Telford into 14 x4 bedroom detached houses a private gated community.

At Northstar Housing we are aiming to meet the housing needs of the community in the North West.

The need to provide affordable housing in the current climate is a must. 

It's a urgent need to countless homeless individuals and families.

We aim to bridge this gap with our partners & with the offer of extended support to those that need this service in the Greater Manchester Boroughs. 

We are by working very closely with Wigan Council, Manchester City Council & Trafford borough council,  to provide a model which combines independent living guided by support to create a comfortable home & a bright future.
